For this curry crayfish you’ll need…

3-4 lbs crayfish (craw fish)
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Lemon or lime for washing
1 heaping tablespoon Caribbean Green Seasoning
1 tomato
2 scallions
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 tablespoon veg oil
1/2 large onion
2 pimento peppers (optional)
4-6 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon Curry powder (your fav)
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup water


3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup cassava flour
3/4- 1 cup water (for the dough)
1/4 teaspoon salt
